As a senior most partner of more than two decades old firm, Naresh Kumar Singla is the operation and business owner of Naresh K Singla & Associates. The Firm’s founder and mentor, is a renowned Expert on taxation matters. Bringing to the table excellent client management skills and is well versed with multiple staff assignments. He has more than 25 years of experience of professional competence and has supported various clients from assessments to Direct tax/ Indirect tax tribunals. Having a vast and versatile professional experience in the field of taxation, project financing and business advisory matters.

CA. Kulvinder Singh (B.Com, ACA, Certified Concurrent Auditor)

As a working partner of Naresh K Singla & Associates, Kulvinder is responsible for driving professional endeavors to the heights. He has been part of the firm since being qualified as the member of the prestigious institute, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Kulvinder is an associate member of ICAI, qualified in August 2012. He possesses versatile knowledge base majorly in the field of auditing, taxation – direct and indirect, compliances, business model advisory, project financing in almost every sectors of commercial business, may that be, Pharmaceutical manufacturing or trading, Steel manufacturing or trading, Government/ PSU undertakings, NGO/ Not for profit Organizations entities, Recovery agencies under SARFAESI Act. Currently he is handling the profile of managing partner of Chandigarh Office.

CA. Archit Singla (B.Com, ACA, DISA)

Archit Singla started his career as a financial controller for Singapore and United Stated of America with Thomson Reuters Corporation, a major multinational mass media and information firm founded in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As in the profile, he possessed a vast work experience in statutory compliance activities in regards Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Cosec Activities, Internal SOX Compliance, Cost Assurance Analysis, Audit procedures etc. Joined Naresh k Singla & Associates in May, 2015, Archit Singla’s role entails spearheading in the areas of professional conduct. Currently he is representing the ICAI – Accounting Reform Foundation as a consultant to the Indian Railways on Pilot study project of Accounting Reform for Indian Railways from cash basis to Accrual Basis.

Archit Singla qualified his Chartered Accountancy in November, 2011 and serves as an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He qualified his Diploma in Information and Systems Audit (DISA) in January, 2013.
